I am Karen and I run FANTASY FUDGE.
I am a single and very happy mum of three gorgeous children and started this business as a " proper job" just wasnt an option!!!
All of our Fudge and Cakes are made in my kitchen in the Hampshire country side, probably whilst singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star with my youngest child, 17 month old Daniel!!!
All of our chocolates and sweets are Handmade by mums and people like myself that are running their own small businesses
I am and have been a qualified chef for the last 22 years ( that makes me feel sooo old!!) and hold a Food Hygiene Certificate and my kitchen has been checked and passed by Enviromental Health.

I have taken over the Fudge and Confectionary side of Emily Rose Nostalgia previously run by RAY and SUSAN DODD who have decided that the time has come to retire after running the famous EMILY ROSE in STOW ON THE WOLD, GLOUCESTERSHIRE for many years.
So to the regular customers of Susan and Ray, I would like to say a big hello and although i have added a few extra services such as attending events and introducing party plan, i will make a firm promise not to change in any way the fabulous customer service that you have become used to or indeed to change the recipe of their famous fudge

I would now introduce the world of NANNY BAKE'S.Nanny Bake was my nan who, in mine and my cousins eyes was the best cook in the world!!!!!!!!!
As we grew up, every Saturday afternoon, we would all meet up at Nanny Bakes house for tea and cakes and believe me, you didnt just get one slice, oh no, she would bring in plate after plate of her homemade cakes!! My personal favourites were her lemon sponge and chocolate cake filled with vanilla butter cream.
When I had my twins they too were introduced to Nanny Bakes cakes. Daniel, however, wasnt lucky enough to taste them as she passed away before he was born.
So to my dear old nan, I dedicate NANNY BAKES MOBILE TEA ROOM
and all of the recipes that I use were passed down to me from her!!! xx
